New Year Intentions

“May your coming year be filled with magic and dreams and good madness."

"I hope you read some fine books and kiss someone who thinks you're wonderful, and don't forget to make some art -- write or draw or build or sing or live as only you can. And I hope, somewhere in the next year, you surprise yourself.

"I hope you will have a wonderful year, that you'll dream dangerously and outrageously, that you'll make something that didn't exist before you made it, that you will be loved and that you will be liked, and that you will have people to love and to like in return. And, most importantly (because I think there should be more kindness and more wisdom in the world right now), that you will, when you need to be, be wise, and that you will always be kind.”                                                                                                                                                                                                                           - Neil Gaiman

What are your new year intentions?
There are multiple ways to celebrate the coming of a new year.  Some gather privately with friends while others get together publicly in a planned venue.

Many choose to spend New Year’s Eve in self-review, reflection and rejuvenation in preparation for the year ahead. It may be a time to ponder your accomplishments and give thanks for all the blessings and people that have graced your path. If the past year has been particularly challenging, perhaps you are grateful the year is over.  Maybe there are special people that walked along side of you or a lesson gleaned through your adversity.

New Year’s Eve may be an opportunity to go inward and release that which no longer serves you; those self-limiting beliefs, habits, people that have been holding you back from achieving your goals, dreams, desires (to continue the work that we began during the Winter Solstice.)  It is a time to set new intentions, dreams, plans and desires.

Winter signifies renewal, rebirth and hope.  Perhaps now is your time?  Contact me below for a free strategy session to see if this is right for you.

May every Brand New Day in 2020 be healthy, abundant and overflowing with magic, dreams and good madness!
