I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness which means we look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole. The food on your plate is secondary to healthy relationships, regular physical activity, a fulfilling career, and spiritual fulfillment. And while we may know that it is beneficial to eat more fruits and veggies, to drink more water, and to get more sleep and exercise, some of the reasons we don't is that we may be unsure how to integrate them into our lives or there may be underlying factors blocking progress, or we just need a little help to get us motivated.
