mind, body and spirit.
I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness which means we look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.
The food on your plate is secondary to healthy relationships, regular physical activity, a fulfilling career, and spiritual fulfillment. And while we may know that it is beneficial to eat more fruits and veggies, to drink more water, and to get more sleep and exercise, some of the reasons we don't is that we may be unsure how to integrate them into our lives or there may be underlying factors blocking progress.

Health and wellness coaching is a one-on-one service in which I provide customized support to help you achieve your health goals. Whether you’re trying to lose weight, create better health habits, manage stress, love yourself more, or release the struggle of dysfunctional relationships, I work with you to get in touch with your body's needs and together we will put together a plan tailored specifically for you - not a once size fits all fad diet that will give your body more stress.
As your accountability partner, I provide education, resources, tools, motivation and an empathetic ear so that you successfully achieve and sustain your health goals.
