Whether you’re trying to lose weight, create better health habits, manage stress or chronic disease, release the ongoing struggles of dysfunctional relationships, or just love yourself more, working with a coach will help you determine and focus on your primary wellness needs.
Who needs a coach? "Everyone needs a coach," according to Bill Gates in his opening words of his TED Talk with impact. We all need people to provide feedback, push us beyond our limits, and drive us to change. A coach is that objective motivator, helping us to see that which we cannot see.
It’s rare these days for anyone to get an opportunity to explore their wellness goals with a trained professional. You will discover that the food on your plate is secondary to healthy relationships, regular physical activity, a fulfilling career, and spiritual fulfillment.
Being healthy doesn't have to be hard! We will look at all areas of your life and weave everything inter connectedly. My approach follows the principle of 'bio-individuality'-that each of us has unique food, body and lifestyle needs to ensure success. This helps us to identify and overcoming barriers and collaboratively create a wellness plan that you can live with, not a short term, one-size-fits-all diet plan.
No one diet works for everyone. You likely know that it is beneficial to eat more fruits and veggies, drink more water and get more sleep and exercise. Yet maybe you haven't achieved your goal or found a successful longterm plan that works for you. That is how a coach can help. Approaches to getting healthy focus on exercising more and eating less leave you hungry, tired and feeling not so good. Instead of creating lists of what you CAN'T eat, we focus on foods, lifestyle changes and adjustments tailored to your success and crowd out those that don't serve you leaving you feeling energetic and satiated.
